Oltre mezzo secolo fa, la fresella era preparata da donne e mogli per saziare la fame dei loro compagni di ritorno dal duro lavoro nei campi, o dai mari.
Oggi lei è la nostra protagonista... proprio come una bella donna, cattura per la semplicità al primo sguardo, ma è il gusto che ti lascia in bocca dopo averla assaporata, che ti fa capire di volerla ancora e ancora.
Ve la proponiamo in diverse varianti che hanno come protagonista sempre il rispetto delle materie prime che vengono lavorate il minimo indispensabile per conferire freschezza e delicatezza ad ogni piatto con abbinamenti conosciuti ma anche insoliti....
Se tutto questo lo accompagnate con un buon calice di vino e un’atmosfera accogliente e rilassata, il matrimonio è fatto!

Today she is our protagonist... just like a beautiful woman, she captures you with her simplicity at first sight, but it is the taste that she leaves in your mouth after having tasted her, that makes you understand that you want her again and again.
We offer it in different variations that always have as their protagonist the respect of the raw materials that are processed the minimum necessary to give freshness and delicacy to each dish with known but also unusual combinations....
